Volunteer Chef & Instructor
Volunteer position for Interfaith Food and Farms (IFFP) Cooking Classes, a project of Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon’s Interfaith Network for Earth Concerns. Download volunteer position description. Community Garden Assistants
Patton Home Community Garden needs you to assist in the maintenance of the native garden and habitat areas. Pull weeds, water and care for the fragile native plants; paint fences; use your carpentry skills to build much-needed benches and garden kiosk. Dig in and serve with your group or individually—adopt a habitat area! Choose a service day and time—day hours, evenings or weekends. Call Jenny Holmes at (503) 221-1054, ext. 214. Minimum service commitment: three months. Training date: Aug. 31, 2004, 6 to 7:30 p.m.

INEC Program and Administrative Assistants
Help INEC with a variety of administrative, research and project tasks: assist with day-to-day management of projects for INEC; track information and update databases; proofread and perform research for Eco-Ministry News and Eco-Notes; provide administrative and clerical support for conferences, workshops and issue forums.
